Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ruwatib ("the Service"), operated by Ruwatib ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ruwatib is a web-based platform that helps UAE businesses generate Wage Protection System (WPS) salary files compliant with the standards set by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and the Central Bank of the UAE. The Service allows users to manage employee records, create pay runs, and generate SIF and XLS files for bank submission.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with UAE law. You may not:

• Use the Service to process fraudulent payroll data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your employee or payroll data for any purpose other than providing the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. WPS File Accuracy

Ruwatib generates WPS files based on the data you provide. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all employee data, salary amounts, and generated files before submission to your bank. We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific bank or compliance with future changes to WPS regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruwatib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
